Hanford City Hotel/Motel Information
I called almost every hotel/motel in town, and there seems to be a room shortage, so book EARLY!

  1

Sequoia Inn

This would be my first choice. Mention the Corvair College for the corporate rate of $60 for a single king and $70 for 2 queens.            Call (559) 582-0338

  2

Best Western

2 decades or more older than the Sequoia Inn, it the next the cheapest of all the "habitable" places to stay in Hanford. $65                         Call (559) 583-7300

  3

Comfort Inn

The newest place in town, it's also about the most expensive. When I called, they had only 12 smoking rooms available, $80                Call (559) 584-9300

  4

Irwin Street Inn

A Hanford landmark (along with Superior Dairy) this might be the best deal overall, as the room prices include breakfast. $70-$80      Call (559) 583-8000

  5

Holliday Inn

12 miles away, located at the Visalia airport (uncontrolled with a precision approach) it's a pretty nice place to stay. $60                   Call (559)-651-5000

  6

Harris Ranch

Although it's over 40 miles away, it might be worth the trip. It's a famous $100 hamburger fly-in, known  for it's steaks. $90                     Call (559) 935-0717

  7

Downtown Motel

For the hearty adventurer among us, this place is plenty cheap, and the best of the bad motels. There are worse places to stay. $44         Call (559)-582-9036

8

Camping

Adjacent to the airport is the Kings County Fairgrounds. The grounds are usually open to camping, with full hookups. $18                Call (559) 584-3318

9

Naval Air Station Lemoore

For military types, 20 miles east of the airport, on Highway 198, is Naval Air Station Lemoore (NAS Lemoore). Billeting may be available

The above hyperlinks are provided for INFORMATION ONLY. I do not recommend nor endorse any of the hotel/motel on-line booking agencies. I'm providing direct phone numbers for your booking convenience. I recommend you contact the hotel/motel directly, unless you have a favorite way which works for you. You MAY get a better deal on line or through your favorite travel agency.
